Over the years Skyline Group has built many outstanding buildings in Kolkata and outside. The most remarkable complex was in Jaipur, Rajasthan, where 1200 flats and a mall were created over more than 2 million square feet. This was the largest group housing project in Rajasthan. We work with some of the best Architects and have a skilful team. Excellence has been the hallmark and sales have never been a problem.
Skyline Group has been engaged in the real estate business for the last 35 years. It
was started by Mr. Shekhar Mehta who is the Chairman of the Group.
The Skyline Group has been recently joined by 3 more partners.
Mr. Shekhar Mehta
Mr. Mehta is a Master in Commerce and
a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and a Company Secretary. He hails from a highly educated family. His father Late Sumer Chand Mehta
was a very senior
Chartered Accountant and a Financial Wizard.
Mr. Mehta is also a well known philanthropist. He is only the 4th Indian to become the President of
Rotary International worldwide during 2021-22. During his presidentship he met more than 30 Heads of
States all over the world. He has been instrumental in doing more than 2500 heart surgeries for little
children absolutely free of cost, built up more than 20 eye hospitals all over India, Constructing 500
homes for Tsunami survivors at Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
He has visited more than 100 countries. He is an orator par excellence having spoken at thousands of
international events. He has received an honorary doctorate for Social Work and has numerous national
and international awards to his credit.
Mr. Lavesh Poddar
Is a rankholder Chartered Accountant who has been in business for more than 35
years. His company Shakti Logisitcs Pvt Ltd. Is one of the oldest and leading liquid transport companies in
Eastern India serving clients all across India, Nepal & Bhutan.
Apart from transport, he has also undertaken real estate ventures in Jaipur and Kolkata and he is also the
chairman of the Logisitcs council at the Merchants Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
Mr. Sharad Agarwalla
Hails from Dhanbad from the Famous BP Agarwalla Family (ex Mine owners and currently
Miners of Coal India). A Pioneer in coal and coke industry. Rich experience and vast knowledge of coal
carbonization, coal mining, refractory manufacturing and fabrication. Mr Agarwalla is specially trained by
Chinese experts to commission and operate coke oven batteries and today operates and Mainteins the coke oven
batteries of dignified steel plants owned by Tata steel, Jindal Steel, SAIL etc. under his promoted company
SSE Contracts Pvt Ltd.
He is also a well diversified industrialist with manufacturing facilities in AAC Bricks used for Real Estate
under the brand JOYOUS BLOCKS and coke manufacturing for Ferro Alloy Industries under CHINDWAR FUELS.
Mr. Pankaj Agarwalla
Having an experience of more than 35 years in the field on coal and metallurgical coke
manufacturing.
Currently running 3 manufacturing units of Met coke in dhanbad and Madhya Pradesh along with various trading
units of coal and coke located in Dhanbad . Also runs the largest Flyash brick and concrete product unit in
Bihar and Jharkhand. Now also diversifying the portfolio with numerous investments in real estate in
Kolkata as well as.
The 4 partners now have a LLP by the name Skyglaze Realcon LLP. The forthcoming projects under this are:
a) A G+6 storied building at Hazra Road
b) A G+12 storied building in Jagaddal, Sonarpur.
The group is actively looking at more projects with a vision of “Building Dreams” for people.
